So...Day 2 is now behind me! I did ok as far as eating goes. I met a friend for lunch and behaved with what I ate. It may not have been to the books of Insanity Workout, but a good choice & small portion nonetheless. I still have a meal to eat...and it is gonna be good! :)
The workout. Not quite as HARD as I thought it would be, but it still kicked my butt! I know I muttered the words "you are f'in crazy" a few times! lol Today was a cardio day. There were things that I just couldn't do in the push up position (kickbacks & such)...so I just did extra pushups! I tried to do as much as I could without pushing myself beyond my limits. I'm happy with what I did!

This is my blog about taking the Insanity Challenge. I have never been truly happy with my body shape/weight. I gained a few pounds during pregnancy and worked to get that off. I'm happy to say that I have been back at pre-pregnancy weight for quite some time...just can't get any more off. So, much research led me to the INSANITY workout!!

First Fit Test Results!!
So, 1st Day & Fit test complete. WOW! I felt like I was eating all day long (at every 3 hours)...but I never felt full. Just about the time I was feeling hunger, it was time to eat again, and it was enough to satisfy me. Bryan called and said he "watched" the fit test and it made him tired just watching it. I completed mine and I'm tired! LOL!! I got into a full body sweat just with this! What is tomorrow going to bring??? I'm scared. Going to rest for a bit and then eat my final meal. BTW: meals are AWESOME!!

Getting Ready to start Insanity Challenge!
Tomorrow is the big day! Starting our workouts & diet tomorrow. Prepared meals today to make it easier to take to work & such. Bryan has decided to try this out with me!
